Historic Kempsville Call for Artists Qualifications
The City of Virginia Beach, in collaboration with the Historic Kempsville Citizens Advisory Committee, is accepting qualifications from professional artists or teams of artists to create a dynamic, site-specific work that reflects the historical significance of the Historic Kempsville area which includes the histories of many cultures who have made it their home.
