The public is invited to join the City of Virginia Beach Cultural Affairs Department at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 18 at the northeast corner of Witchduck Rd. and Princess Anne Rd. for the dedication of “Harbor of Stories.”
For emerging and established 2D artists living and working in Hampton Roads.
“Skate Park,” a 16-foot piece by Virginia artist Jeff L. Hall, was installed in March 2024 at Woodstock Skate Park, 5709 Providence Road.

In "Stitch Together: A Community Quilt," students from Bayside, Rosemont, and Bettie F. Williams Elementary Schools teamed up with local artist Jennifer Hand to create the art wraps, as part of a continuing Virginia Beach Public Art Residency Program between the Virginia Beach Cultural Affairs Department and Virginia Beach City Public Schools.
Virginia Beach artist Joey Zarilli's 60th anniversary surfboard art wraps were installed by Signs of Success, Inc. at the corner of 21st Street and Pacific Avenue in May 2023.
